On October 29, 2026, the "New Journey" ZYT Prax Drive System commercial vehicle technology launch took place in Zhuhai, where ZYT officially unveiled its commercial vehicle technology brand — ZYT Prax Drive System™.

"Prax" stands for the firmness of bedrock; "Drive" stands for steady and far-reaching motion.
From "Chengxing" in passenger vehicles to "Prax Drive" in commercial vehicles, we grow the same technological "brain" into two different "bodies". Commercial vehicles thus become ZYT's first new cross-vertical business to be pushed fully toward mass production after its passenger vehicle business — a successful loop from technology to commerce.
ZYT Prax Drive System™ comprises two versions. ZYT Prax Drive System™ PDS 4 runs the High-Comprehension Foundation Model 4.0 or above, meeting the line-haul logistics needs of heavy commercial trucks at its core. ZYT Prax Drive System™ PDS 5 supports full-scenario capabilities such as highway NOA and urban NOA, built on a native multimodal foundation model, to serve smart urban transit for buses, light trucks and vans.

At the end of 2025, we were the first to propose the concept of the "Mobile Intelligence Foundation". In April 2026, we officially unveiled the "Intelligence for All Mobility" strategy, advancing physical AI in motion from "one vehicle, one intelligence" towards "all things sharing one intelligence".
We chose commercial vehicles as the first stop of the cross-vertical migration from passenger vehicles. This choice is driven by three forces: user value, market value and social value.

In 2025, China had more than 30 million truck drivers, and road freight accounted for nearly three quarters of total freight volume. Heavy transport burdens, an ageing workforce and young people's waning willingness to enter the profession remain real challenges the industry must address. At the same time, the domestic "stock game" and structural trade-ins generate steady replacement demand, while commercial vehicle exports keep growing — together creating market space for the intelligent upgrade of commercial vehicle ADAS.

On one side, demand for technology upgrades is strong; on the other, we possess transferable, reusable underlying capabilities. The former needs to be changed; the latter is what we are capable of changing. That is why we chose commercial vehicles as the first cross-vertical migration.
Encouragingly, in the commercial vehicle business ZYT has reached cooperation with China's leading commercial vehicle brands — XCMG, Shaanxi Automobile Group, Sinotruk, FAW Jiefang, Foton, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles and Yutong.

Beyond heavy trucks, the Prax Drive map keeps expanding. In the bus sector, we work deeply with leading brand Yutong and jointly carry out multi-model expansion with Guoqi Intelligent Control, promoting the application of high-level intelligent driving in buses. The Yutong E9 PRO, equipped with ZYT Prax Drive System™ PDS 5, offers not only highway NOA but also urban NOA. The all-new light truck and van platform models developed with Foton will also carry ZYT Prax Drive System™ PDS 5, supporting city NOA.
Overseas markets hold great promise. We have already reached overseas cooperation with global partners including Sinotruk, Foton and Yutong, covering the full range of commercial vehicles — heavy trucks, buses, light trucks and vans — jointly driving commercial vehicle intelligence into the global market.

As a result, we have built a "four all-rounds" first-mover advantage in commercial vehicles: full coverage of product types, full compatibility with powertrain types, cooperation with all leading brands, and a full domestic-plus-overseas layout. ZYT is writing "Intelligence for All Mobility" into every commercial vehicle scenario, for real.
For commercial vehicle ADAS, choose ZYT Prax Drive System™.

Five core technologies of Prax Drive: making physical AI in motion a real productivity force
Although we have made intelligent ADAS work on heavy commercial trucks, this has not been an easy road.
If passenger-vehicle intelligent ADAS is already a hard problem, heavy commercial trucks are at least ten times harder.
We summarise the difficulties of heavy commercial trucks in five areas: scarce model data, demanding perception requirements, low safety tolerance, difficult vehicle control and extreme cost sensitivity.

Facing these challenges, the conventional approach is to build a dedicated system for heavy trucks. We did not take that path. Instead, our solution philosophy is "unified foundation, scenario enhancement, engineering adaptation": we migrate the passenger-vehicle foundation model to avoid reinventing the wheel, add proprietary heavy-truck experience data so the model understands heavy trucks better, and adapt proprietary sensor configurations and fine-tune powertrain control for heavy trucks.
In short, we teach the same "brain" to drive a heavy commercial truck.
At the model level, ZYT Prax Drive System™ debuts with the industry's first mass-produced end-to-end foundation model for heavy commercial trucks.
The model inherits data experience from more than 3 billion kilometres accumulated in passenger vehicles, and has digested 400 million frames of proprietary heavy-truck data. It delivers smart and dependable highway NOA — with both the steadiness a heavy truck needs and the agility of an experienced driver. In the future, this capability will extend to national and provincial highways, promoting full coverage of line-haul scenarios.

At the perception level, ZYT Prax Drive System™ debuts with ZYT's proprietary cabin-mounted lidar vision system, Jimu 2.0.
Backed by four industry-first technologies, Jimu 2.0's lidar reaches a detection range of 500 metres and reliably recognises small, oddly shaped and low-reflectivity obstacles. Based on the Zhuojian algorithm, it maintains all-scenario, all-weather perception in darkness, rain, fog, sandstorms and snow. Notably, Jimu 2.0 is integrated inside the cab, unaffected by sand, wind, rain or snow, requires no external cleaning system, and is easy to maintain and highly durable — perfectly matching the long-operation scenarios of heavy trucks and building a solid foundation for safety and hassle-free operations.

At the safety level, ZYT Prax Drive System™ builds an all-dimensional safety system.
Prax Drive's safety is not a configuration sheet; it is a complete system: multi-scenario safety alerts stop danger before it happens; all-weather active safety steps in as a fallback when the driver does not intervene in time; and multiple safety redundancy technologies guard against contingencies. Layer upon layer, it builds a solid risk defence for heavy-truck operations.
At the control level, multiple dynamic fine-tuning measures let ZYT Prax Drive System™ drive more steadily.
A heavy truck is a big fellow with its own temperament; you can only control it steadily once you understand it. The system recognises trailer attitude in real time with vision, estimates the trailer articulation angle, and combines real-time load sensing to dynamically predict collision risk; it predicts uphills and downhills in advance and distributes braking force ahead of time, with fine-tuning for continuous sharp curves and rough roads.
At the energy-saving level, instead of following the industry's traditional "rule-based fuel saving" path, we launched the world's first AI reinforcement-learning fuel-saving algorithm.
Through reinforcement learning, the AI model autonomously learns the "footwork" of experienced drivers, ultimately able to precisely compute the golden lift-off point and golden throttle point for every stretch of road — and this "golden footwork" adapts on the fly. In measured statistics, fuel consumption kept falling with the AI fuel-saving algorithm, with verified savings of 4.5%–7.5%; a single truck can save RMB 20,000–30,000 in fuel costs per year. Beyond fuel savings, there are also gains in driver productivity and lower insurance premiums from reduced accident risk. Saving more than one way. Overall, one system pays for itself within a year.
Saving money is the most tangible return, and it turns intelligent upgrades from a mere cost item into a clear economic calculation.

ZYT Prax Drive System™ integrates five core technologies — the heavy-truck end-to-end foundation model, Jimu 2.0, the AI reinforcement-learning fuel-saving algorithm, the all-dimensional safety system and dynamic fine-tuning — to deliver all-round user value of safety, ease and savings. This is also our original aspiration: to make physical AI in motion a real productivity force that is accountable, dependable and affordable, and to create value through intelligent mobility.

One physical AI in motion, across verticals, scenarios and geographies
Commercial vehicles are the first stop of ZYT's cross-vertical migration from passenger vehicles, but not the last. Our "Intelligence for All Mobility" blueprint is unfolding.
Our L4 driverless logistics vehicle business is also advancing rapidly: the Robovan developed with SAIC Maxus and Yisen Power has entered trial operations, and cooperation with other ecosystem partners is moving forward actively.

Moreover, our native multimodal foundation model now covers passenger vehicles, heavy commercial trucks, buses and overseas models across forms, scenarios and geographies, and will extend to more carriers in the future.
From smart mobility to line-haul logistics, urban delivery and last-mile delivery, our technology will penetrate more scenarios in the future, covering "human mobility" and "goods movement", and the intelligence map will keep expanding.

From "Chengxing" in passenger vehicles to "Prax Drive" in commercial vehicles, the same technological "brain" has been successfully migrated, mass-produced and commercially closed — fully validating the feasibility of our "Intelligence for All Mobility" strategy.
From "one vehicle, one intelligence" to "all things sharing one intelligence", Prax Drive is just the beginning. And the destination of this road has never changed: to provide the world with safe, effortless intelligent mobility.
