FAW’s South Africa subsidiary, through its Zambia office, has recently entered a strategic cooperation agreement with a large Zambian logistics company, formally signing a procurement deal for 100 FAW JH6 tractors. The vehicles will mainly serve long-haul trunk transport in Zambia, giving the customer high-performance, high-reliability logistics equipment.

Since entering the southern African market, FAW trucks has closely followed industry trends, deepened its understanding of niche-segment demand, and earned high recognition and deep trust from customers through outstanding product performance and steady uptime. Zambia is one of the key markets of FAW trucks’ “SPRINT 2030” internationalization strategy, and this cooperation marks an important breakthrough for the Jiefang brand in Zambia’s commercial vehicle market, bringing a new product choice and service experience to local customers.

Zambian customers spoke highly of FAW trucks, noting that Jiefang products offer superior performance and outstanding localized service capability, making them a trustworthy transport partner. The two sides will take this signing as an opportunity to open a new chapter of in-depth collaboration, achieving complementary resources and mutual benefit.
Going forward, FAW trucks will work with partners to leverage their respective strengths, tailor efficient and reliable transport solutions for customers, jointly upgrade logistics systems, deepen coordination, and create a new situation of mutual benefit and sustainable growth — continuously empowering the development of the local logistics industry.
